Welcome to South Elementary School. South School is a grade 3-5 school of approximately 380 students. Our classroom teachers are dedicated to the delivery of a curriculum in reading, writing, spelling, math, science, and social studies. Our "specials" teachers provide additional instruction in the areas of art, music, p.e., library, and science enrichment. In addition, support services are made available by our special education teachers, our reading teachers, our math tutor, our enrichment teacher, and our school psychologists.
Since we know that success in school is the result of us all working together, parents - you can always reach us by phone or by contacting one of our staff members via email (see staff directory).
A late bus runs each week on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Please talk with your child's teacher about opportunities to stay after school.
