Welcome to the World Languages Home page
Language learning has for its goal the acquisition by the student of four basic skills: listening comprehension, speaking, reading, and writing so that he/she will be able to communicate in the world language. To achieve these objectives, it is recommended that four years be the minimum amount of time devoted to the proficiency based program.
