The Windsor Locks Public Schools is participating in the Community Eligibility Provision (CEP) as part of the National School Lunch Program for school year 2023-2024.  Under this provision, participating districts and schools provide free breakfast and lunch to all students at all times.  All students enrolled at the following schools will receive meals through the School Breakfast Program and National School Lunch Program at no charge.  Household income applications are no longer required to determine eligibility for free or reduced-price meals at schools participating in the CEP.

 

All students attending the following schools will be provided breakfast and lunch at no charge:

Windsor Locks High, Windsor Locks Middle School, South Elementary and North Street School.

To file a program complaint of discrimination, complete the USDA Program Discrimination Complaint Form, (AD-3027) found online at: http://www.ascr.usda.gov/complaint_filing_cust.html, and at any USDA office, or write a letter addressed to USDA and provide in the letter all of the information requested in the form. To request a copy of the complaint form, call (866) 632-9992. Submit your completed form or letter to USDA by:
