All of us struggle with stress and anxiety from time to time - it is a challenging world out there!  However, there are times when things going on in our lives trigger us to have more stress and anxiety than we can handle and they can be overwhelming and even at times debilitating.  So what can you do....

STAY ACTIVE

Get creative to keep moving while inside! Remember, exercise helps kids regulate emotions and behavior.

  • Go outside if you can, while maintaining social distance and following local guidelines
  • Raise heart rates with indoor exercise like calisthenics or push-ups
  • Turn on some music and throw a "dance party" that is aerobic and fun for kids
