Please refer to the links below for each Fall sport. If you have any questions, please reach out to the head coach or our Athletic Director, Mr. Howe (rhowe@wlps.org).
For students to be eligible to participate in a Fall Sport, an updated physical (Medical Form) and a completed middle school athletic form (Athletic Form) must be submitted. If you have questions regarding the medical forms, please contact School Nurse Mrs. Saavedra (nsaavedra@wlps.org).
